The report set out the background to the Managing Land for Horses: A Guide to Good Practice document, produced by the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Unit, and recommended its approval as a material consideration for development control purposes across the borough.
Following consideration by the Planning and Transportation Advisory Board, the Cabinet Member for Innovation and Service Delivery resolved that the Managing Land for Horses: A Guide to Good Practice be adopted as a material consideration for development control throughout the borough.
Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Planning and Transportation Advisory Board of 27 July 2011.
